Rental Agreement & Conditions of Rental
1. Rental Usages: All rentals are for one day of use. Items are normally delivered or can be picked up, the day before your event and returned or picked up the day after, excluding holidays. During the busy season, 208 Party Rentals LLC., may deliver or set-up two (2) days prior to the event and may pick-up two (2) days after the event. The agreed upon arrangement will be clearly explained prior to the event.
******2. Deposits & Cancellations: Customers shall pay a 25% down payment(non refundable) at the time of placing an order to secure the reservation, unless otherwise discussed with 208 Party Rentals LLC.. The down payment is calculated based on the full rental order including the delivery charges.
Orders canceled with more than seven (7) days notice of the delivery or customer pick-up date will be giving a credit towards your next event for up to one year. Orders canceled with less than 7 days notice of the delivery date or customer pick-up date will forfeit the down payment and any other money paid, plus be charged a 25% cancellation/restocking fee. For orders being placed less than seven (7) days of the event, contact 208 Party Rentals LLC., to secure the rental agreement. Orders over $1,000 will require a (Non Refundable) 50% down payment.

3. Payments: The balance of the payment is due 24 hours prior to pick up or delivery, customers paying the remaining balance in cash can pay the day of delivery or pick-up. Current state issued ID is required before delivery or pick-up can be completed. Acceptable methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash.
4. Order changes: No reductions may be made to an order seven (7) days prior to the event. 208 Party Rentals LLC. must be notified of any reduction in order quantities no later than seven (7) days prior to delivery or customer pick-up date to prevent being charged the 25% cancellation or restocking fee. Additional equipment ordered less than seven days prior to delivery or customer pick-up will be treated as a separate order and may be subject to additional delivery and labor charges. Notification of any order change must be acknowledged and approved by 208 Party Rentals LLC.
5. All sub-rentals require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.
6. Deliveries and pick-ups: All deliveries and pick-ups are made during our normal business hours, at **street level**. Requests outside of our regular hours or other than **street level**, will be charged an additional fee and must be approved by 208 Party Rentals LLC., prior to delivery or pick-up. All equipment is to be taken down and properly stacked for pick-up. Linen should be refuse-free and air-dried to prevent stains and mildew. An additional charge will be assessed for non-compliance. This charge shall be due and payable immediately using the payment method on file, in addition to the rental charge. Additional delivery charges may apply for areas outside the Treasure Valley area.
All customer pick-ups and returns will be made during our normal business hours. Requests outside of our regular hours, must be approved by 208 Party Rentals LLC. and may be charged an additional fee.
**** Site Preparation: Renter agrees to have site cleaned and ready for delivery and installation or dismantlement for pickup of the equipment, and also agrees to pay any additional charges for any delay incurred along with any labor charges resulting in renter’s failure to do so. 208 Party Rentals LLC. staff are not permitted to move any patio furniture, outdoor furniture or trim any bushes or tree branches.
7. Credits: No credit or refunds will be given for unused items once delivered or picked-up.
8. Customer Use: Customer shall use all rental equipment in a careful and proper manner and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Customer shall return the rental equipment in the same condition as when received. Customer hereby assumes all risk of loss and damage to the rental equipment from any cause whatsoever.
9. Order Acceptance: Customer acknowledges that the rental equipment is of the size, design, and capacity selected by the customer and that 208 Party Rentals LLC. has not made and does not make any representation, warranty, or covenant, expressed or implied, with respect to the condition, quality, durability, or suitability of the equipment rented. 208 Party Rentals LLC. shall not be liable to the customer for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the rental equipment, by any inadequacy thereof, or by defect therein.
10. Indemnification: Customer shall indemnify 208 Party Rentals LLC. against any claim, action, damages, and liability, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or connected with customer’s use and possession of the rental equipment properly.
11. Lost or damaged items: In the event a rental item is not returned or is returned in a broken or otherwise damaged condition, the customer will be charged the cost price thereof. This cost shall be due and payable immediately using the payment method on file, in addition to the rental charge.
Full replacement cost may not be charged if a rental protection plan has been purchased.
****Beer Pong Tables are not covered under the Rental Protection Plan.****
12. Equipment Location and pick-up: No rental equipment may be moved from the place of delivery without the written permission of 208 Party Rentals LLC. Customer shall return or have all equipment available for pickup by 208 Party Rentals LLC. on the date listed under “Pickup Date” on the invoice. Failure to have said equipment available, subjects the customer to an additional rental charge for each day the equipment is not available for pickup.
13. Customer shall not deliver possession of the rental equipment to any individual(s) other than 208 Party Rentals LLC. employees, and the customer shall require reasonable identification from such individual(s) prior to surrendering possession.
14. Tent requirements: Renter is required to use stakes or weights with all tent rentals included with their rental. No heaters of any kind are to be used under or near tents, unless rented and setup by 208 Party Rentals LLC. Pop-up tents/canopies are to be taking down if winds reach speeds of 10-15 mph.
15. Every effort is made to fill your order exactly as requested. If unforeseen circumstances prevent 208 Party Rentals LLC. from filling your order as requested, 208 Party Rentals LLC. reserves the right to upgrade the quality or find a substitute product.
16. Permits & Licenses: Renter agrees prior to any installation of rental equipment including tents, to obtain at renters expense, any and all necessary permits and licenses and other consents. Renter may be asked to show proof of permits before installation of equipment.
***17. Subsurface Conditions: Renter agrees to obtain underground utility location services before delivery of rented items. Renter will reimburse 208 Party Rentals LLC. for any additional costs incurred as a result of undisclosed or subsurface conditions.
208 Party Rentals LLC. is NOT responsible for any damage to underground sprinkler systems during tent installations. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide 208 Party Rentals LLC. with a sprinkler line layout to decrease the risk of damage to a sprinkler line. However, even with a line layout there are no guarantees.
**Street Level** We will deliver to your loading dock, warehouse door, front yard, garage, or side yard. If stairs or elevator are required to get to drop-off location additional fee’s will be added. Anything over 300 feet from delivery vehicle can be charged additional fee’s. Due to insurance reasons staff is not allowed to deliver any equipment into your house.

Rental Protection Plan
Please read carefully
As an additional service to our customers, 208 Party Rentals LLC. offers an optional Rental Protection Plan. This Rental Protection Plan will help reduce the cost to you for any items that are excessively dirty and require extra cleaning or damage to equipment, while in your possession, under normal conditions. If you choose to opt out of the Rental Protection Plan, you can be charged the retail value to replace the damaged items or up to $100 for items that require extra cleaning. Cost for the rental protection plan is 10% of the subtotal after any discounts that may be applied
WHAT IT COVERS
– The 10% will cover the cost of any extra cleaning required to excessively dirty items or damaged items up to 50% of the total rental cost when the damage occurs under normal conditions
The Rental Protection Plan is not insurance and does not cover any of the following.
– Equipment that is used for a purpose for which it was not designed.
– Misuse, abuse, or intentional damage.
– Disappearance or theft of any rental items.
– Tents not properly staked or weighted down.
– Beer Pong Tables
