Yes! All items are cleaned after every rental.
Tents require setup by our team, and we want to ensure everything goes smoothly for your event. Before booking, we need to confirm a few important detailsâlike how many guests youâre expecting so we can help you choose the right size tent, and how much time weâll need for setup based on your event schedule and location.

Our standard rental period is 3 days:
Day 1: Pickup or delivery before your event
Day 2: Event day (item use)
Day 3: Return or pickup after your event
This gives you plenty of time to prepare and wrap up without the stress of same-day logistics.
Yes! We also offer extra day rentals along with weekly and monthly rentals at discounted rates â ideal for multi-day events, festivals, or recurring needs.
We typically deliver the day before your event starting at 1:00 PM and continue until all orders are complete, with pickups the day after your event. Deliveries are scheduled based on distance and logistical planning.
Occasionally during busy seasons, we may need to deliver up to two days before your event or pick up up to two days afterâat no extra charge. We will notify you if extra time is needed for your delivery or pickup.
Weâll text you a day or two before your event with a 2-hour delivery window. Exact-time deliveries or pickups are available for an additional fee.

Yes, you can pick up your order the day before your event M-F between 8am-12:30pm or Sat. & Sun. between 9am-12:30Â
Returns are done during the same time frame the day after your event.
8ft rectangular and 5ft round tables require a truck or trailer and straps to be picked up.
We are located next to Lonestar Middle School in Nampa. Our address will be on your invoice.

Yes, we require a non-refundable 25% down payment to secure your reservation, based on your full rental total including delivery. For larger orders over $1,000, a non-refundable 50% down payment is required. This ensures your items are reserved just for you.
Everything! Our items are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can use our rentals for all occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Our tents can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your tent will be installed. Tents that are setup on grass are anchored with ratchets and stakes, while tents that are setup on hard surfaces anchored with rubber weights. Indoors setups typically don’t need weights but can be included if desired.

If your order is already paid in full, you donât have to be thereâthough we prefer someone 18 or older to show us exactly where youâd like your items placed or set up.
If no one can be present, please clearly mark the drop-off area, make sure we have easy access, and secure all pets. Once your items are delivered, you are responsible for them until we return for pickup.
- Cancellation/Refund Policy:
A 25% non-refundable down payment is required at the time of placing an order to secure your reservation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by 208 Party Rentals LLC. . This down payment is calculated based on the total rental order amount.
Orders over $1,000 require a 50% non-refundable down payment.
- Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled delivery or customer pick-up date will result in the forfeiture of the down payment, but a credit will be issued toward a future rental, valid for up to one year from the original event date.
- Cancellations made with less than seven (7) days notice will forfeit the down payment and be subject to a 25% cancellation/restocking fee based on the full order total.
- Weather-related cancellations are only eligible for a refund if canceled before delivery or customer pickup, and only due to inclement weather conditions (e.g., rain, high winds, storms). The deadline for weather-related cancellations is no later than 8:00 AM on the rental date.
- No refund or credit will be issued for cancellations or issues after delivery or once equipment is in Customerâs possession.
Yes, you are responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the equipment if it is damaged while in your care. We don’t want you to be in that situation which is why we add Accidental Damage Waiver Protection to all invoices unless you choose to opt out. For just 10% of your rental order, we will waive the cost of repairs or replacement for accidental damage up to a total cost of $500 depending on the item(s).
The Rental Protection Plan is not insurance and does not cover:
Loss, theft, or disappearance of rental items
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
Equipment used for purposes other than its intended use
Tents left up during windy or unsafe weather conditions
